Solodoer Partner Program, designed to reward individuals who help us grow our user base by referring new solopreneurs to our AI-powered platform. Please review the following program details and terms carefully before applying or promoting Solodoer.

Program Overview

As a Solodoer Partner, you will earn a 20% commission on every successful referral who subscribes to a paid plan using your unique referral code.

• Referral must enter your referral code during the purchase process (in the billing section of their business account).
• Commissions are marked as on hold or pending for 14 days due to our refund policy.
• If a referred user requests a refund within this period, the commission becomes void and will not be payable.
• After the 14-day period, commissions become payable if the transaction remains active and non-refunded.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹10,000
• Payout Methods: Bank Transfer or UPI
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed by the 25th of each month

Commission Structure

Program Eligibility

• The partner program is currently available only to Indian residents with valid PAN and valid bank and UPI accounts.
• You do not need to be a Solodoer customer to participate, but you must create an account and verify your email to access your partner dashboard.
• All partner accounts are subject to manual approval before activation usually within 1-2 business days.

Referral Tracking

• Referrals are tracked exclusively via referral codes entered during the payment process.
• There is currently no expiration period for referral codes.
• Multiple purchases by the same user are counted exclusively via referral codes as multiple referrals.

Prohibited Partner Activities

To maintain fairness and trust in the program, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Bidding on Solodoer brand terms in paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads). This includes keywords like Solodoer, Solodoer.com, Solodoer.in, etc.
• Spamming, misleading promotions, or unsolicited communications.
• Cookie stuffing or using unethical tracking practices.
• Coupon/discount/rebate websites are not allowed to participate.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself) will result in immediate disqualification and suspension.
• Impersonating Solodoer or misrepresenting your relationship with the company.

Fraud Monitoring & Consequences

Solodoer reserves the right to review, audit, and terminate any affiliate account suspected of engaging in fraudulent behavior or violating these terms.

• If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be temporarily suspended, and you will be notified to resolve the issue.
• Failure to respond or rectify the violation may result in permanent ban from the Partner Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Tax & Legal Compliance

Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations in India related to income earned through the Solodoer Partner Program.

If your total payouts exceed specified thresholds, your PAN details may be reported to the Indian Income Tax Department, in accordance with statutory requirements such as Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).

Solodoer is not liable for any tax obligations you may incur.

You are advised to consult a qualified tax professional to ensure accurate filing and reporting of your earnings.

Termination of Program or Account

Solodoer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Partner Program at any time, without prior notice.

We may revoke your participation for any violation of these terms or any attempt to misuse or exploit the program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, located in Coimbatore, India, in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

Final Note

Solodoer values ethical growth. While we encourage your enthusiasm in promoting our platform, we do not tolerate abuse of the system. We reserve the right to remove and permanently ban any partner found using our platform to scam or mislead users in any form.
