Solodoer, a service owned and operated by EliteAppMakers. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), based in India.

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our web pages located at solodoer.in and solodoer.com operated by EliteAppMakers.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Please read it here.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at contact@eliteappmakers.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

Account Registration

You must sign up and verify your email to access the Service.
A 7-day free trial is provided; no payment is required during the trial.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any access you provide to additional users (via our “Manage Users” feature).

Subscription Plans & Payments

Solodoer offers 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year paid plans. All plans include full access to all features and AI tools.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
If payment fails, your account may be suspended. Prolonged or repeated failure to pay may lead to permanent deletion.
You are eligible for a 14-day partial refund from the date of subscription. Refunds after this period are not guaranteed.
We may modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time without notice.

Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all content, data, and assets you upload or create through the platform, including AI-assisted outputs.
By using the Service, you grant Solodoer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
We may use anonymized data for training, improving AI models, analytics, and marketing purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations (including data privacy or intellectual property laws).
Attempting to exploit, deceive, or scam others via content or communications published using the platform.
Publishing content that promotes pornography, gambling, or hate speech.
Sending spam, unauthorized marketing, or phishing emails.
Harming minors or impersonating others.
Introducing malware, viruses, or overloading the platform.
Using bots, crawlers, or other automated systems to scrape or disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts involved in any abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. We may also report such violations to legal authorities.

Platform Reliability

We aim to provide at least 90% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages.
We provide email and ticket-based support. Priority support is available for users on annual plans.
We are not responsible for downtime, delays, or failures caused by third-party services (e.g., AWS, Razorpay, internet outages).

AI Usage and Limitations

The Solodoer platform includes autonomous AI features via Nela AI Agents APIs, which may assist with business operations, content generation, and scheduling.
While we strive for high-quality outputs, we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated content.
Use discretion when relying on AI-generated outputs, especially for public or legal communication.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
We are not responsible for actions taken by your clients or visitors using your website.
If a user misuses our platform for scamming or illegal activity, Solodoer is not liable for resulting harm. We will terminate such accounts when discovered and cooperate with law enforcement if needed.

Termination & Account Deletion

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior.
We may delete content and reclaim subdomains after prolonged inactivity.
Terminations due to violations are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your business account dashboard.
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, you are eligible for a partial refund with 30% cancellation charges. To request a refund, contact us at contact@eliteappmakers.com.
After 14 days, no refunds (full or partial) will be provided unless required by applicable law.
Canceling a subscription will stop future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

In case of disputes:

Both parties agree to resolve issues via binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Arbitration will be held in Coimbatore, India, in English.
Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
